Privacy policy
Panic At The Emo. Last updated 7 August 2026.
Who we are
Panic At The Emo runs emo and pop punk club nights across the UK. This policy covers panicattheemo.co.uk and our ticket and email lists. Contact us any time at hello@panicattheemo.co.uk or by post at 123 Belgrave Gate, Leicester.
What we collect
- Your name, email address and chosen city when you join our email list or ask for first access to tickets.
- Order details when you buy a ticket. Payments are handled by our ticket partners Skiddle and Fatsoma under their own privacy policies. We never see your card details.
- Basic analytics about how the site is used, through Google Analytics.
- Advertising measurement data through the Meta pixel and Conversions API, so we know whether our ads work. This can include hashed contact details for matching.
How we use it
- To email you about events in your city, which you can stop at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email.
- To measure and improve our advertising.
- We only email people who opted in. We do not sell your data to anyone.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run this operation: MailerLite for email, Meta and Google for advertising and analytics, Skiddle and Fatsoma for ticketing, Cloudflare for hosting. Each processes data under its own policy and our instructions.
How long we keep it
Email list data is kept until you unsubscribe. Order data is kept as long as we need it for accounting and event records.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Email hello@panicattheemo.co.uk and we will sort it within 30 days. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
